Easy access to your policy documents

With AXA home insurance, UK customers get their very own online AXA Account. It's secure, it's easy to use and, best of all, it's free! You can access your personal pages any minute of the day from any computer anywhere in the world.

In your AXA Account you can:

  • view or print your policy documents
  • check your cover - including only the wording for the policy you've bought

Your AXA Account is the safest place to store all your paperwork. Everything is saved securely online for you to view in an instant. There's no need to wait for policy documents to arrive in the post. If you'd like us to send them to you we can, but we may ask you to pay an admin charge of up to £30.

Make changes to your policy whenever you want

To manage your home insurance, simply head to your 'home page'. You have complete control to update your policy in your online AXA Account. It's the easy way to make changes with no admin charges.

In your AXA Account you can:

  • add or remove optional cover
  • change the level of cover
  • change your personal details

Some changes you make may affect the cost of your cover. Your new premium will be worked out in an instant online. Whether your building insurance or home contents insurance price rises or goes down, by making the adjustments yourself in your AXA Account you've already saved money.

If you prefer not to make changes or corrections to your policy yourself we can do so for you but we reserve the right to charge up to £30 for any change or correction to your policy that we make on your behalf.

Renew your cover the easy way

It's so easy to stay with AXA. You don't even have to lift a finger to benefit from our building & contents insurance again. We send you an email reminder so you can review your cover and renewal price. Providing you don't want to make any changes, your policy will renew automatically, payment will be taken using the same method as before, and you'll have cheap home insurance you can trust for another year.

You can of course use your AXA Account to adjust your policy details and renew online. It's so easy and affordable.

Cancellations

If you change your mind or your circumstances, you can cancel your building insurance or home contents insurance at any time and should be able to receive a refund - provided you've not made a claim.

You will get all your money back, minus a £15 administration fee, if you cancel within 14 days of agreeing your cover.

If you cancel your policy after 14 days you will receive a pro-rata refund, less a £25 admin fee.
